Join Us for The Premiere of The Wrong Thing by Bedwyr Williams

We are delighted to announce that The Wrong Thing by Bedwyr Williams will premiere at 6.30pm on Friday 23rd January, at The Science Museum Imax Theatre, London.

This significant new film was made as part of Bedwyr’s long-term project Science Fictions, co-commissioned by The Science Museum Group and Foreground in response to the Science Museum Group Collection moving from London to its new home at the Science and Innovation Park, Wiltshire.

The film captures the overwhelming experience of encountering this vast collection whilst imagining the invisible histories of the lives intertwined with the artefacts (through the medium of a grumpy policeman with a lifelong tendency to say The Wrong Thing).

If you’d like to join us for the premiere of the film please RSVP HERE

Everyone is invited and you can sign up multiple guests in a group with one RSVP.

Date: Friday 23 January 2026
Time: Doors open at 18.30
Location: Science Museum Wellcome Wolfson Building, 165 Queen’s Gate, South Kensington, London SW7 5HD

Following the screening, Bedwyr Williams will be in-conversation with his filmmaker collaborators Casey Raymond and Ewan Jones Morris and there will be an audience Q&A. Drinks and canapés will be served.

Please come and join us in London on Friday to celebrate the premiere of Bedwyr’s brilliant new film.
